This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information when you visit jradvisory.co, contact us, subscribe to updates, book a meeting, purchase a digital product, or engage us for advisory services.

1. What personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with JR Advisory, we may collect: your name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, and billing details; enquiry details and correspondence you send to us; meeting and scheduling details; transaction and order information; information you provide in connection with an advisory enquiry, scoping discussion, or engagement; website usage, browser, device, IP address, and interaction data collected through analytics tools; and marketing and communication preferences.
JR Advisory does not provide physical shipping.

4. Confidential advisory information
Where you share information with us in connection with an enquiry, scoping discussion, or advisory engagement, we treat that information as confidential within our business from the point of first contact, regardless of whether a paid engagement proceeds. We do not disclose confidential advisory information outside our operational needs without your express written permission, unless required or authorised by law.
5. Service providers and third parties
We use third-party service providers to support the operation of JR Advisory. These include providers for website hosting and storefront infrastructure, payment processing, digital product delivery, scheduling and booking, email marketing and communications, and business productivity tools. These providers operate independently under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. As a general guide: transaction and order records are kept for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Australian tax obligations; advisory and pre-engagement discussion records are kept for a minimum of 7 years following the conclusion of the engagement or discussion; booking and enquiry information is kept for up to 2 years from the date of contact; and marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to legal obligations. Where personal information is held by third-party service providers on our behalf, deletion requests will be actioned within our own systems promptly. Third-party providers retain data under their own retention policies and terms of service, which we do not control. We will make reasonable efforts to request deletion from our providers where technically and contractually practicable.
9. Security incidents
We take the security of your personal information seriously. In the event we become aware of a security incident that may have affected your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to assess and contain the incident. Where we consider it appropriate in the circumstances, we will take steps to notify affected individuals. We are working towards a data handling framework consistent with Australian Privacy Principles as our business develops.
